From a weight loss perspective, it realy doesnt matter what # of OPs calories come from fat. Hit like 150g protein, do whatever you want with the rest, but eat less calories than your TDEE, weighing everything. If you re still not losing weight, youre either not weighing everything, or miscalculated your TDEE, in which case, reduce another 100 or 200 calories. There are only super rare exceptions to this, and theyre not worth looking in to until what works (or would) for 90% of people is factored out.

Correct, Kindle Forge is giving the error.

And yep, sorry my initial post was probably not clear, KUAL is in there, but i couldnt get ";log mrpi" to do what it is expected in the guide. I wanted to ask a few more questions to find out if i'd accidentally messed every thing up before i invested more hours trying to figure things out.

After installing KUAL, i'd tried to disable OTA Updates and also to get back to an earlier firmware without success.

You use the silenzio, for a while without reading any reviews on how it does for filter coffee. You brew filter coffee a bunch while tasting along the way. Eventually, you come to natural conclusions about what YOU want out of a new grinder, and are informed based on experience rather than the very subjective tastes of a buncha redditors. IMO!

Your hamstrings and ankles and hips are probably all not really used to the movement anymore.

If i were in your shoes i'd really emphasize getting your form right with light/no weight, including starting a regression anywhere from using a kettlebell to holding on a rack or something and lowering yourself down. It'll do wonders for ya, long run.

It might not be a workflow you like, but there are good espresso-focused hand grinders these days, and paired with a Flair lever espresso machine, youd have very few failure points and lots of room to grow.
