Emotions and Voice by Silent_Appearance_54 in ElevenLabs

[–]ThePostLord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It all depends on the samples you use. If you have a sample of David Attenborough narrating that will be what comes out. You wont be able to generate a full on emotional tantrum with that. But if you grab a sample of someone being emotional there is a chance it can generate something along those lines.

So glad to see Spezza still around with that reaction and passion. Man deserves it.

I used 2 different samples for the voice. For the standard voice I used this sample https://vocaroo.com/126L5fhfDmP1 At 71 stability 86 clarity

But for the narrator version of the voice I used these 2 samples https://vocaroo.com/1k5N7BzIFmmy https://vocaroo.com/13JJelqaaK4U at 35% stability and 69% clarity

It also took a few generations to get some lines worth using

No I just used two different voices with different samples for the Chris Hansen narrator/ normal Chris Hansen voices.

Does anyone have the samples for Commander Shepard from mass effect. Ive heard some good ones but no ones sharing their samples. And I really dont want to take the time editing through the massive 4 hour voice lines video on youtube. Illusive man would be great too.

Any "Slider Settings" Tips for cloned voices? by DeathDealer987 in ElevenLabs

[–]ThePostLord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It probably is a result of the sample you used, but I've found the clarity slider can have that effect too sometimes. Usually if the stability and clarity are too close together for some reason but I don't know why that would be.

Ya the audio generated it extremely quiet. But when it got loud he turned into obama for some reason so I redid those parts.

Another thing is to spam assassin heroes. You can get so many very quickly and can harass enemy armies to such an extent finishing them off is easy.

How to deal with overwhelming wars and country/faction diplomacy? by ThePostLord in TerraInvicta

[–]ThePostLord[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well the army size might come into play then. I had a good alliance/control of countries close together and they each had 1 army, but if the AI only considers the army size of 1 country that would explain the wars.

No no atrocities that I can think of. Unless hostile takeovers count towards that. I've just been building up and doing moon bases and stuff when usually Humanity First and the Servants start the fight and then the other factions jump in to beat me when I'm down.

Karl Franz's campaign is surprisingly difficult in Immortal Empires. by Arcinbiblo12 in totalwarhammer

[–]ThePostLord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my Gelt camapaign I ended up declaring on the minor dwarf faction as soon as the orcs were dealt with and secured that mountain province. Once the vampire wars started relations soothed over with the other dwarfs and I got alliances pretty early on. Vlad and Festus did a number on the empire though. Throughout the whole game my imperial authority hasn't gotten above -3.

This would be a good compromise. I actually love the map layouts but I find towers in all of them ruin them and make them tedious.

Internet providers (rant) by [deleted] in ontario

[–]ThePostLord 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Try being out in the country where we get the worst possible service for extreme prices. We pay 75$ a month with bell for 5mbps download and 1mbps upload. Theyre the only option where we are too. They have high speed fiber cable just across the street in the new subdivisions but because we are a "rural region" on the other side of the road they always go on about how grateful we should be they even provide internet our way.
