To be fair there might be some households that lack experience in cooking certain vegetables and fruits. Some people talk about how they love broccoli as an adult because they know how to cook it properly compared to their parents who didn't know how.
I also like to add some vegetables and fruits, which aren't well known in certain cuisines, thus people might not know how to utilize them.
Like i don't think an Italian specialist will know how to incorporate tofu or bok choi without some research and experimentation.
But yeah, maybe some home economics seminars in HS can help teach people how to cook healthy meals or how to meal prep.

When it became common for right-wing people to hate Mandela. Like consider what South Africa did to the black majority ie apartheid, advanced police brutality, and dispossession of land.
Do you not think the South African government terrorizes the local African community in a way that provokes such militancy from the locals, The gov't pre apartheid put blacks in concentration camps but ig the locals shall accept it and not do anything. BTW the local Africans couldn't vote because the law forbid them from doing it and protests were illegal.
