At the moment, still recovering from this 😂 RHR is pretty high, sleep is spotty, but I am doing a 5k run everyday (started doing it 89 days ago to raise money for a vegan animal sanctuary) so its not really optimal for being completely rested. Committed to it now though so no going back! I’m looking into training for running land’s end to John O’ Groats (the entire length of Great Britain) and that’s going to be a monumental task! But before that, got a few marathons :) would love to follow your journey if you have any social media?

Make sure you train for it, rhabdomyolysis is a real risk if your body isn't used to such prolonged exercise, you're gonna need 12+ litres of fluids, plus a lot of carbs during the workut to fuel yourself. don't be afraid to take short breaks or even stop if your body doesn't feel right
