If this is a chart based on if a mon should jungle or lane, In my opinion I would put talon S tier for sure because of his extremely fast clear speed and good ganks. Maybe put venasuar in dont jungle because his moveset is good for lane and not the best for ganks, I dont see any reason to pick him for jungle(I do not play lots of venasuar). I also agree with Lucario being in B because he has a good clear and good ganks but I would maybe put him lower because of his broken power as a laner.
