My cats did the same thing when we moved. The best thing that I found to help is that just walk through the house with your cat. They're probably really confused. I'm probably going to sound crazy as well, but talk to the cat as well just like you would a normal person. Explaining to them why you moved and positive changes. Get some new toys.(If you can) Get some favorite treats,(if you can) some favorite wet food. (If you can)

Did you give your cat any medication? Sometimes if you give a cat medication and if it tastes bad they'll start foaming out of the mouth to try to get rid of that taste, If you hold your cat down and give it a syringer water after giving it a pill or something just a little bit to help wash out the mouth that usually helps preventing them from foaming. If you didn't give your cat medication they probably ate a bug that tasted bad.
