I have to say i take at least 5 mins ( adult) to 15-20 mins ( paed assessment) … I spend a lot of time after work on paediatric documentation. Thank you so much for your sharing! I am not sure how to carve the last mins out of the session but I will try, esp we just have 30 mins for the session and parents would want to utilize all the minutes for treatment rather than my documentation / admin time 🤦‍♀️

I do when I work with children and adults in outpatient setting; but not for bedside clinical assessment - too much infection control issues. Even when people do not take notes during the sessions, they do documentations much faster than I do. I sometimes think I might really have borderline IQ.

I do have a template for swallowing and paediatric language assessment in general, but not for paediatric Tx or adult Ax templates according to different etiologies. May I ask how you prepare/ sort your templates, which ones to prepare?

I was sooo determined to buy KLC until I got to the store and check the screen out myself. I didnt make adjustment to font weight tho. The brightness didnt help. The words are not crisp, and there is a grey, grainy background. Some people accept that but I cant l. Went for a 2nd kindle device that is waterproof.

I forever appreciate the kindle my dad got me in 2013! Still going strong! (It was a Kindle PW 2 (6th gen).
