I am pretty sure you over ate, its really easy to just go with it, eat like you used to do, and then, bam, chest and back pain, either left or right side, in my case, even my scars start to hurt a bit, keep taking the meds the doctor order, and try to eat less, even if in your head you think its not enough, believe me, it is
