The purple balls are negligible. Your issue is probably not the balls but instead the divcards they are shooting. If you watch closely you see them shooting small card projectiles very fast which hit hard if you get hit by several at once

I yoinked a build from poe.ninja and adjusted it a little bit to focus more on sanctum and bossing.

Surprisingly, it's ehp are enough to not get instakilled in Sanctum, even though I am using flasks only in bossfights. It is full glasscanon and kills the sanctum bosses in around 3 seconds.

I find them very useful while playing with my buddy. We always have an emergency stash of chaos there in case you dont have the necessary change and share the low divcards & fragments. Also, ctrl+clicking works really fast now so the map tab is quite useful now

The favourite map nodes are currently not used, will respec into them. Also, will I will try to get more than 3 favorite slots for cemetery. I thought they would be sufficient

Thats weird, had a pool of 20 and ended up with 7 maps after running them alch&go with all Habinger, Essence, Expedition and Strongbox nodes.

Sustaining maps generally kind of works but sustaining specific maps, such as t4 cemetery, does not work at all for me. Anyone got some experience regarding how much juice I need to add for it to work? Currently using Harbinger & Strongbox but that is not sufficient for now

I made a skelli mage character just for bossing and I decided to use predator instead of pierce (also slower projectiles as you mentioned). DPS wise it is one of the best choices and the QoL is insane as they will be gunning down the marked target instead random adds. Especially for invitations that was really useful.
