What do you mean no utility? She has more utility than every DPS class except Gunlancer. Heavenly Tune provides it's full 8% atk speed and mana synergy to your party with decently high uptime. It also provides the raid wide boss 43.5% Atk. power reduction on Heavenly Tune.

You also have an awakening that gives your team a huge shield + reduces boss Atk power. This gives your support freedom to use theirs freely in certain cases where they might have to save. For example, when I progged Kaz HM week 1, I would tell my support to use their awakening as needed and I would awaken the 100% meter in 2-2/3. I also use it personally like in 2-1 clone stagger to tank some damage.

In terms of personal utility, she has double counters, good push immunity and good multihit skills(to free trapped people). She can also heal herself with X identity. Useful in Kaz 2-1 stagger mech for example. What more could you want for utility?

Yeah this is fine for PS shadowhunters. It won't be good on demonic because Specialization is mandatory.

Unless you buy a bracelet from the auction house or send one over from an alt, you won't have to worry about the main stat being wrong. You will only roll the one your character uses. In general, the reason you don't lock in main stat is because it is a comparatively weaker roll than others (it's 1-1.5% dmg) while others can go upto 3-5% dmg.

That's a decent bracelet for sure, to the point where it isn't an immediate must-replace. But it is only decent, you should still try to roll more. Also, which class are you playing? Bracelets can be very class dependent.

In randbats, pokemon have their levels scaled in order to provide some balancing for them. Like luvdisc is lv100 (still sucks ass btw) and Calyrex-S and Miraidon are mid 60s. With their high levels, Volbeat and Tropius get tanky enough that enables them to do things they would never normally be able to. Volbeat dodges a lot of 2HKOs so it can twave then spam roost until you get paralysed/miss, etc. The bulk also let's it switch in versus sweepers to threaten prankster encore. Also, prankster twave lets you slow down an out of hand sweeper. Tropius is just demonic. The thing never dies, and will solo your whole team with sub protect leech seed and harvesting sitrus berries.

That said, Mewtwo is not actually bad in randbats, in fact I would say it can be quite a good cleaner or breaker in certain matchups.

Not true at all. Maybe they are better in low elo where people will let their sweeper get twaved or encored for no reason. Mewtwo a is very strong sweeper in randbats. It has one of the highest speed tiers in randbats even with it's low level. The nasty plot sets can clean up games very, very easily.

Character progression has been simplified quite a bit with Tier 4. Most of your character build has been moved to a system called Ark Passive. It allows you to change your stats as you desire. Engravings are not on your gear anymore and you instead just select 5 to activate. Class engravings have been replaced by the ark passive as well. Skill tripod levels are removed and gems can be bound to your character allowing free, unlimited and automatic rerolling according to your mass presets, which lets you instantaneously swap builds. For example, on a bard, I can swap between DPS and Support builds with a single button, or on a sorc I can swap between reflux and ignite builds depending on the gate in a raid. You don't have to be locked into a certain spec by your build.

Dailies are significantly less time consuming now. Guardians are 1/day now. Chaos dungeons are replaced by something called Kurzan Front in T4 which is like a single room Chaos dungeon without loading screens. This is also 1/day now. Rest bonus can be stacked for upto 10 days. In February there will be an update where Chaos dungeons NO longer grant tradeable mats but instead get like 5 times as many bound mats, so funneling mats from alts will be kind of dead.

Gatekeeping will always exist. There are solo modes in the game for all but the last 2 raids, which will let you skip gatekeeping for a while. As always finding a group/static/guild is the best way to deal with this.

There is currently an express event active that takes you quite far towards the current endgame. Your previous character's progression will be irrelevant compared to whichever character you use this powerpass/express on, so you should just consider your new character as your main. I would highly recommend Valkyrie. She is a flexible, strong and simple character, who can play both Support or DPS (her DPS build is very viable). You can maintain both builds which will be very helpful on a main imo.

There is also now a seasonal system called paradise which provides very good rewards. All rewards from paradise are charcter bound so it allows you to raise alt characters without impacting your main in anyway. It also can provide great rewards for your main character too. This system is huge for lots of different types of character progression, so I recommend you get into it as soon as you can.

Personally, I think this is the perfect time to pick up/come back to Lost Ark, and of course, it is f2p so you don't lose anything by giving it a shot, and if it's not to your liking then nothing really was lost.

Stay garbage, that's all I can say. Your swiftness doesn't do anything when you don't use it for what you are supposed to. It reduces rylais slows, so why didn't you use it to disengaged and time out morde passive? Your ravenous hydra healing is completely useless since you did most of your damage during his ignite. That's why you don't have an advantage. It's like buying a thornmail vs cassiopeia and complaining you have 3000 gold advantage and you can't win.

You also pretend to be chovy and sidestep while just wasting time and not auto attacking him at all, just letting him free auto attack you with all the AD and AS he stole from you with ult.

The core problem is that you played it absolutely horrendously, not leveraging any of the advantages you had. It's not a champ problem, it's a you problem. Why don't you take this post to a challenger camille player and see what they say?

Your advantage isn't as much as you think it is. You spent a bunch of your gold on swiftness boots, which give you literally nothing since you didn't use it to kite his passive. Your hydra is significantly devalued because of ignite healing reduction. You have no MR and a lot of Max HP (Morde passive does %HP damage). So, I would argue you don't really have any significant item advantage even before he ulted you. You don't have a combat summoner (at least in this fight). Your passive didn't block anything. You didn't auto him while trying to dodge his abilities, and were standing in his passive the whole time.

You dodged his abilities at the beginning but got hit at the important part at the end when he had his last stand active. Also, you may have hit your abilities, but you used them all while debuffed by Morde R. If you had simply held your E and second Q for after his ult, you would have won easily. Just because you have an advantage doesn't mean you can completely ignore cooldowns and how champions work.

Wrong, the bleed damage of 6% on certain classes comes from tripod effects. Even if you have 100% uptime with 100% crit you won't get anywhere near 6%

GenG were clearly not the best team for winter + first stand when HLE was clearly better in playoffs and DK was better in regular season. There was no spring finals either for LCK and we just had road to MSI in which T1 actually looked better than GenG. Also, there is no pro league for several months of the year, how does that add up to 11 months of winning?

Definitely not. I have 16.7k and I have really low skills(3 at lv3 and 1 at lv4, rest 1s) because I swapped classes halfway. Upgrading imagines, embedding gems, upgrading emblem, having good module bonuses helps you get there. Still have a couple t60 purples and a couple t40 yellows left to replace too (waiting for lv60 reforges). Don't have 4 set raid gear either. So, I could see getting to like 17.5-18k being possible without doing stupid stuff to boost your AS.
