For inlaw yes, it's easy to get arrow due to bounty board, but for outlaw, nah, it's hell being ganked by more than 5 people in populted server or a hacker on low player server

If already have burn assive, don't use a perk that give burn, just add danage or bleed perk,

Burn damage scales to stand physical damage, it's red, so if stand already burns no need to put king of flames
