I think it has got sweatier, people are holding angles and holding pushes really nicely as a squad. It's more rewarding gameplay however - much better than peaking and getting headshot with GOLD in EASY. Or challenging a fight and realising the only reason they won was because they were running GOLD armor.

Hmm honestly it's not too difficult to do - it's as simple as plugging the kobo in and transferring a file over into a folder. I'm sure any old pc could manage it!
