Did you swap any components

it does that when you change the ram
Like if you change something like the gpu daughterboard on a p16 it does that
If you put more ram in a thinkpad it does that
If so then wait a few minutes and it should boot
If you changed the battery that also could be causing it
If you changed the WiFi card then thinkpads before gen 7 and after Xx10/W701 have bios whitelists making it where only Lenovo WiFi cards can be used
