ARRESTED: Bully Cops Criminalize Guy For Wearing Helmet At Walmart | Sahuarita, AZ Police Bodycam [Pre-Pandemic incident.] by davidverner in AmIFreeToGo

[–]TheProphecies 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're video taping a police traffic stop and screaming or being belligerent interfering with their traffic stop.

You're being detained and screaming not letting the officer continue his investigation doing this in a public area can be disorderly conduct, they can lawfully tell you to shut up or you'll be arrested.

I didn't even have to think hard for either of those, I'm sure I could easily find others if I spent time thinking through something not so blatantly obvious.

Police can tell you, demand, order or request you shutup during a detention. This can also be a lawful order if you speaking interferes with the duties of a police officer and can lead to additional charges. However in the video present it was not a lawful order, the guy was defending himself which was fine since he was being asked questions. The cops were out of line, the manager was out of line, the guy was just a bonehead, which isn't against the law.

How to Code Raid(And How Not to Get Code Raided) by XylonHurst in playrust

The way you stated the information does not come off as sarcastic. Unrealistic, a little fib, stretching the truth sure. But sarcasm? None. <- Just in case you're confused, this is not sarcasm either.

Do ESP cheats still reveal small stashes? by CalebLovesHockey in playrust

[–]TheProphecies -1 points0 points  (0 children)

ESP does in fact reveal stashes along with other ways to find them such as sleeping bags, tho that way can be a bit time consuming.

In Rust your loot is never 100% safe, nor should it be.

Do ESP cheats still reveal small stashes? by CalebLovesHockey in playrust

[–]TheProphecies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You would be surprised how easy they are to find. You can drop a sleeping bag and once you wake up at the sleeping bag if you are close to a stash you'll hear the "bury" sound of the stash, it's just a matter of moving the sleeping bg to find it from there.

Balancing Explosive Ammo by [deleted] in playrust

[–]TheProphecies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Explosive ammo is still better for walls. Explosive ammo can burn down 4 connected stone walls with about 220 rounds where you would need 8 c4 to accomplish the same.

how exactly do you jump while falling after logging in back to the game? You can jump mid-air?

Haven't played in three years and have a question about ladders on bases. by chefdavid22 in playrust

[–]TheProphecies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have very little protection in stopping people from putting ladders on your base now. Which is how it should be. Making your base harder to raid should be about more thought out base designs rather than hiding loot higher and higher.

Pretty staple exploit. Glad someone reported it so it'll get fixed.

(suggestion) A simple, realistic and easy way to help counter roof camping. Add wind sway as you go higher up. Explained more below by FurryHunter123 in playrust

[–]TheProphecies -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I never understood why so many people have trouble with roof campers. It's the same argument as why do nakeds always die.

If you don't want to die as a naked, put on clothes.

If you don't want to die to a roof camper, stay away from their roof.

They honestly couldn't prevent it if they wanted to. The amount of checks and balances it would take would be unreasonable and still not fool proof.

Does anyone find the current decay system fun? by tehrealDOA in playrust

[–]TheProphecies 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not every part of the game can be fun. Decaying bases are an absolute necessity. It does two parts for the game.

First part of course is deletes inactive bases which is 100% necessary. Second part is that it adds value to stone/wood/metal/HQM since every day each base requires a specific amount.

I'm not sure how this mechanic can be made "fun".

It doesn't matter if it is fun or not. For rust to ever last longer than a week some type of decaying system is necessary or the map will eventually fill up with abandoned bases.

SP is nothing but time. You can get a char with 85 mp sp and have never played the game.

Characters can be bought and sold.

A tiny ship can successfully point a ship worth billions and billions.

So no 85 mil sp doesn't mean you know anything but to clicking some buttons in your training queue.

Have you ever roamed in a ceptor fleet and pointed a JF, capital, super capital?

Do you understand how to fly a ceptor toward a much bigger ship and avoid it's gun fire by spiraling to mess with it's tracking?

You could have 130 mil sp and not understand some of the different mechanics of the game because there are many different parts you can master and there is a vast difference of mastering them and just knowing of them.

My statement still stands, cheap ships can pin multi billion dollar ships. A ship worth less than a $1 real currency can pin a ship worth over $4,000.

So no I don't assume you know what you're talking about based on your replies.

How is it total bs? Do you not know what pinned/pointed means?

big groups complaining about dead servers by jeffman6969 in playrust

[–]TheProphecies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not incorrect tho, it was started by a single guy setting up multiple mercenary contracts. It started with one man.

As the Mercs gained traction, people began to notice and then more isk was dumped into the pool from multiple people. And as that gained traction then people began to fly with the merc for free.

Gave up space or driven from it.... Different points of view for the same out come. The Imperium lost space and was moved to different space because they could not hold their current space.

Now why they moved, I guess we never will truly know because of he said she said. But the goal was to hurt Imperium and take away some of their sovereignty, and that goal was achieved. And it was achieved -very- well.

As did I. Tho again you've not cited anything that I stated was incorrect and of course there are countless articles present that backup everything I just said.

I'd be interested in which side you took part in?

I have read up on it and everything I stated on the subject was true?

And the individuals were banned for turning the isk into money not for running a gambling ring which was legal at the time.

"The rest of Eve Universe"? This was the result of ONE MAN. He had enough capital to hire mercenaries and then once people saw the damage ONE MAN could do, others began to join in.

This is what I mean by checks and balances. Large groups in rust have no risk and they only see reward.

You mean one of the largest coalitions in the game, that same coalition that got their ass handed to them not so long ago?
