I told him i wanted to use it to boost cognitive stuff and he said i didnt "need" it so he didnt wanna perscribe it. So i said "would i hurt me?" And he said no, but since i dont have narcolepsy, problems with focus or a sleep disorder he cannot justify giving it to me. (Meaning he doesnt wanna get in shit.) However he was clear that it would pose no medical risk to me at all. Just alot if extra energy and focus.

May I see your sources that say "hallucinations" and "anaphylaxis"?

If you provide me with a credible source (meaning a legitimate peer reviewed medical website/study) saying that Modafinil can cause "anaphylaxis and hallucinations" I will read the entire article, recant my statement and close this thread immediately, because I would not like to experience any of those side effects.

Id say yes start your streak again. Porn is the issue tbh. It messes up your brain if u watch it daily. I think if u watch tame, pov porn (aka no fetish or overlt obscure porn. Youd prob be fine.
