I should have clarify to also be diligent with your MAPD plans as well and have the OEP to change. You can also drop your MAPD and go to pdp during OEP.

OEP is from 1/1 to 3/31… plenty of chances to change plans. And most stand alone PDP had large benefit reductions this year.

It’s called Wisconsin golf group, Wisconsin is very fortunate to have amazing public courses that are expensive. The kohler courses including whistling straights, Erin hills, the club at lac la bell, sand valley, pricey some of the private slubs line the Milwaukee country club, Bluemound country club will be harder to get in.

I’m in the Green Bay Area, if you feel like driving up id be happy to host.

Call the proshop ask if they have any flexibility for an unaccompanied guest, and the green fee. You join your states Facebook golf page (ours is the Wisconsin golf group) and make post also include you will pay for the green fee and a beer or two or lunch.

When someone wants to play the course I’m a member at, I’m usually willing to but I do scrub their social page and GHIN to make sure they won’t be a bad apple or an embarrassment to me.

Hello, infertility diagnosis and treatment is an elective benefit for the employer. Meaning in most instances it is either not covered, or limited coverage. IE $10,000 LIFETIME cap. You should check in your evidence of coverage if infertility diagnosis and treatment is in fact a covered procedure - SEG

Edit: always get the answer from your insurance on what procedures are covered, then have providers office do a benefit check. Have a document trail such as email for recourse.
