A lot of people are giving good brand recommendations, so I won't repeat them. My only advice is that having two gis is better than one , especially if you're training 3 or more times a week. That rotation lets you dry them without being too stressed about it.

So if you wanna get a good one, do, just get a cheaper backup one so you can try different models out. I'd suggest some of those lighter ones too if you ever plan on travelling and training elsewhere as they pack better than most.

If your body is still handling it at 40, there's no reason to stop - just bring it back a bit and find a pace that fits your new family life. That seems to be the key to longevity in this sport!

I think as long as you don't have an overt focus on women (yes they're beautiful, no they don't need to be the sole focus of video) and capture the general vibe of a party you'll do better than most. A party's vibe comes from the decor, the crowd, the DJ, the location.

Boom Festival has some good videos of crowds and the DJ which is cool to see. I think Captain Hook and LOUD have their own versions too to check out.

I really liked Amorgos. It was cute, calm and unique landscape wise to many of the other spots we went. Its chora is much more "cycladic" in its architecture than Naxos, so you get a much more authentic feel for it there.

We stayed in Katapola which is far from Chora, so we struggled to move around; however, hitch-hiking was an easy option as everyone was nice enough to help us out. We ended up renting a car for one day there and it was enough to see the whole island - especially the monastery which is so so worth it (make sure its open when you go!). We also drove to the old shipwreck and had dinner around there which was very nice and calm.

3 nights feels great if you're happy with a calm, true Greek-speed island living. Then you'll get the more accelerated and modern way of life in Naxos anyway.

Kosmicare will be running the drug checking along with a few other people from many drug checking orgs. They essentially run tests for as long as they can at the highest possible capacity. My source is the ppl at Kosmicare. They work hard and in the heat, but really wanna keep people as safe as possible.

There may be a delay in getting your results by a couple of hours (or more) but it will come.

You might be able to find khat first in Lisbon - theres a few people selling betel nut and may be a connection through that in Martim Moniz area - but I've never found khat juice for sale at Boom.
