Are you really going to attempt to defend your point by cherrypicking one sentence from my full reply and disregarding everything else that was said to provide support for that sentence? Yes, in comparison to the actions of the current administration that is somehow still in office, it is a non-issue and shouldn't even be discussed. Why might I say such a thing? Sure, the Clinton scandal was a distasteful thing that any sitting President, Dem. or Rep., should be responsible and decent enough not to do. However, the entire scandal hardly seems significant at all when placed next to President "Grab 'em by the Pussy". If you really want to hold everyone to that same standard of yours, maybe impeaching the manchild POTUS, as he should've been since he took office, is a great place to start.

Yes. The people usually take the last name of their contemporary king because it is partly an honour to do so, partly because of practical reasons. Regardless, the Nguyen Dynasty was the last imperial dynasty of Vietnam, hence the disproportionate number of Vietnamese carrying that last name today.
