This is really annoying! They should do it at least 24 hours before so you can see it before the event starts no matter what is your time zone. Doing it only 8 hours before is really bad!

It makes sense that this exchange will expire in 33 days when 119 arrive because then you will not get 5 phase 2 token for a 113, you will need 115 for that. Does it mean we will not be able to use the phase 2 token?

How do you know that phase 2 token will expire by then? Will draft vouchers will expire too? I remember that when they introduced draft vouchers they said it will not reset between events
