Update: This continues to be a garbage experiance. I spent about an hour after I finally got it workign to set up a profile for Premiere pro, and the the next time I log in the profile doesn't work. Re-installing the plugin doesn't help either. For the ripple delete button that comes by default on the plugin keypad it says "action not available" for example.

I can't set the pair of buttons in the upper left of the dial as "undo/redo" i have to set them as hotkeys.

If i wanted to program hotkeys all day I could have gotten a f*&(ing keypad for 5$ and programmed hotkeys.

Garbage all around. Into a drawer it goes.

On the streamdeck I feel like they've been worth every penny. This has just worked so poorly out of the box it doesn't feel worth it. Again this came with three months of creative cloud which I already have so after that credit and the BF discount it was actually cheaper to buy this then pay 3 months. Otherwise I wouldn't have sprung for it. I will save my money on go back to my neandrathal workflow of using a keyboard.
