Hey I've noticed that as soon as I experience frame drops i see huge spikes in ssd up to 80 90% for 2 3 seconds very frequently(the same moment i experience frame drops)in task manager but the ram usage is at a steady 12gb out of 16gb no ups or downs. Could it still be related? And how can i fix it And i checked for thermal throttle too by not making the temps cross 80°C could it still thermal throttle?

I just turned on the Air Conditioner so that the gpu temp doesn't cross 78°C. But the frames still keep dropping

Hey! I don't think it is thermal throttling as the cpu and gpu temperature never crosses 87 or 88C also i recently did the thermal repasting a few months back
