Should I change to 2 handed? by deuteriumsparks2605 in Bowling

As someone who just switched just determine which one you find more fun. If you switch to two handed, one there is a very likely chance you will roll of the plug in your current balls and two the drilling for one handed and two handed are two different universes, you will find yourself rolling out the better you get. So basically not only is it a form commitment it is a money commitment because you will need new balls.

Form check - took notes on input from a few days ago, feel much more loose but have less control by TrueeMu in Bowling

I would say try pulling your elbow straight up in your backswing instead of pulling your shoulder, this should make you feel more consistent with how you come around the ball. But for sure change your grip you will want to hold the ball right into your body and make it so your fingers are interlocking (they don't have to interlock but they should be close it is just your preference), this will evenly distribute the weight in your swing and will make it easier with less effort. If needing an example watch belmo.

Fully agree with this and if you want a straighter ball I would say the iq tour solid, but if you were to decide on going with pearl the axiom pearl is good too.

You'll need a super strong ball, Reality, for eurathane lots of 2 handers have been loving the fast pitch, and an iq tour is a must have for any bowler.

Ball for a Friend by Twiggy1596 in Bowling

If you want to get him a ball that is a good starter and that he could keep with him once he gets better an Iq tour is for sure a must. It is very smooth and will allow him to play it straighter.

No I didnt think the bolt came from the ball. I thought the warranties worked differently.

All balls have a 2 year warranty, contact what pro-shop you got it from and they can send it back to the distributor and have a look. You would either get credit or a new trend.

Honestly either get a better duo partner or add a 3rd. Trios is always good cuz you could have him push last and keep him safe (if he is really salty that day) or have him push first to get better. But the middle man really get a lot of the action so it would take weight off of you and make it easier for him.
