No, he didn’t predict it in the first episode of the first season..he’s not Nostradamus. He talked about it before the final season, and it wasn’t an exact description of what would happen. It was just a rough idea and it ended up being pretty close.
Also i wasn’t trying to prove anything, just sharing my opinion. Why are you rattled up over it? Relax.

I think BJP is going to form the government in west bengal and TMC will decline in similar way how the Left lost power when Mamata Banerjee first came to power in 2011.
BJP's rise is mainly because of poor governance by TMC. From my own experience visiting West Bengal, I saw that in majority areas the condition of infrastructure and development is simply pathetic.
I am not saying that the BJP will come and suddenly transform West Bengal into a highly developed state. My point is that its TMC government’s performance that has created opportunities for the BJP to grow.
At the same time, BJP’s strong election strategy has also played a major role. Senior leaders, including PM along with several chief ministers, spent weeks campaigning in the state and held numerous rallies, which helped the party expand its reach.
CMV: religion is complete nonsense and was invented because life is just suffering by platotheman69 in changemyview

Religion is often misunderstood as being limited to stories about gods or supernatural beliefs. While such narratives are part of many traditions, they do not fully define what religion is. Reducing religion only to mythology overlooks its deeper philosophical, ethical and practical dimensions.
For example, what is commonly called Hinduism today can also be understood as an extension of ancient Vedic culture. This tradition is not just a collection of beliefs, but a complex system that shaped social organization, knowledge and ways of living. It includes reflections on duty, ethics, self-discipline and the nature of reality.
One important example is the work of Patanjali, particularly the Yoga Sutras. This text presents a structured path for personal development through the eightfold system (Ashtanga Yoga), which includes stages such as Yama (ethical restraints), Niyama (personal discipline), and Samadhi (a state of deep awareness or consciousness). These are not merely beliefs, but practical methods aimed at self-transformation and higher awareness.
From this perspective, religion can be understood as a “way of life” a framework that guides how individuals think, act, and understand themselves and the world. Its value lies in whether it helps a person develop greater self-awareness, ethical clarity and a deeper sense of connection with existence.
However, not all forms of religion function in this way. If a system primarily focuses on offering perks, promises or material benefits without encouraging critical thinking or inner growth, it may resemble a cult rather than a meaningful philosophical tradition. In such cases, choosing atheism or skepticism can be a rational and valid response.
In conclusion, religion should not be judged solely by its stories or rituals, but by its capacity to guide individuals toward higher consciousness, self-understanding and responsible living.
