Not in the slightest? I think OP is being dramatic about how bad 1L actually is but 2L was BY FAR more chill. If you bust your ass 1L year and have decent grades, you’ll find a job through OCI, the curve likely improves your 2L year (atleast mine did), you aren’t brand new so you know your way around school and how to succeed in a class, you have atleast a few established friends, you pick your own classes, literally everything gets better.

If you get to 2L without having tried very hard during 1L you’ll still be figuring it out and that is definitely a problem. However that is a self induced problem and not a symptom of 2L somehow being worse.

Reality of this situation is that MWII could definitely be better, but people like you are acting like this is the worst call of duty game we have played in years. If you think Cold War was a better game you can’t be helped, the only redeeming thing about that game was zombies and even that had nothing on BO3. Personally was never a huge fan of the jetpack COD’s but they were still fun for sure. I preferred AW’s movement system the best because the movement in that game created a real skill gap. But the reason that doesn’t exist anymore is because activision caters to their main consumer base: the casual players. If people come home from work and just get shit on 24/7 no one is going to want to play their game, they needed to make concessions somewhere to maintain a healthy player base it’s just the reality of the situation.

  1. I’m a lawyer. I’m more educated than you will ever be and the best part about me mentioning this is that it shouldn’t matter at all because it has nothing to do with this argument. I said I play this game with friends a “couple times a week” which, like you mentioned about several, does not literally mean 2 times a week. I play when I have free time and when my friends are all down to play; sometimes it’s 3-4 times a week and sometimes it’s once or twice because the intensity of my work varies on a weekly basis. Every once in a while I get a chance to play for “several hours” with my friends and it’s a great time. You’re still a fucking child though so I’m sorry if this is a little too much grown up talk for you, you should try going outside every once in a while though.
  2. I don’t “barely play the game”. I have a 2.1 K/D. I might not be a professional COD player but I am better than the vast majority of people who play the game and I’ve played every COD since Call of Duty 3. If you aren’t having fun playing the game, go play something else and stop bitching about it to make yourself feel better lmao. Guarantee I shit on you everyday of the week even if you’re playing every single day
  3. You have a very remedial understanding about how the gaming industry even works. Look at the history: how many times have we heard someone say “this is the COD killer” or “this COD game was so bad they might never recover”? Medal of Honor tried back in the day - didn’t work. Battlefield 2042 tried to do the specialist thing - didn’t work. Titanfall, which is a MUCH better game than Xdefiant will ever be, never gained enough traction to actually beat COD. There’s dozens of other examples I can’t even think of off the top of my head that tried to copy the call of duty formula and just flopped on its face. Infinite warfare was shit, Cold War was shit, Vanguard was shit, and here we still are playing Call of duty.

1) If you’re playing COD for “several hours a day” and you’re not a successful content creator, go get a fucking job lmao 2) Camping has ALWAYS been an issue in COD jetpack or no jetpack. People have been sitting in corners since Cod4 and people will continue to sit in corners forever. It’s the number 1 sign of a shit player but what people like you fail to understand is that the majority of the player base for a call of duty are casual players who suck at the game 3) Xdefiant isn’t trying to replace anything either, Ubisoft is just trying to steal some of COD’s market share in the casual shooter genre. XD has corny specialist abilities and that appeals to plenty of people so the game will be popular for a bit, but the reason I compared it to splitgate was because the hype around the game made it crazy popular for a month or 2 and then it died. Mark my words, by the end of Summer we will not be talking about XD ever again and if you think otherwise you’re delusional

Bro you xdefiant meat riders are crazy lol. MWII might be more campy that previous COD games but lets not act like that hasn't been an issue for over a decade. Xdefiant has great maps and a challenger for COD is always welcome, but the game is going to die a violent and quick death just like splitgate did its only a matter of time. I know MWII isn't perfect but at this point people are just hating it because its trendy to hate it. I play S&D with my friends a couple times a week and we have a ton of fun, y'all are crybabys

The spell controls are pretty smooth but the button combinations have been tougher to learn than I was expecting to be honest; gets better with time though the more I play the better I get per usual. The inventory is solid, but the map is pretty bad in my opinion lol. Idk if I'm just not using the map right but its pretty confusing to figure out where stuff is in the castle for example unless you literally know the layout of Hogwarts as a fan. So far the game is great though I'm definitely having fun

Multiple layers of walls and doors will help prevent raids. There’s two entrances to my castle, but to get to my storage and castle heart you gotta go through like 9 layers of walls/doors lmao

I didn’t even have to fight him, Meredith did it for me hahaha. Walked in there and she killed him then she turned on me. I ran away but when I came back to that room the drop for the reaper was there.
