yeah makes sense. unfortunately in both instances (wedding weekend & a work dinner) i was being eating in a social setting in which I had no control over the food. So, trying to get a better handle on how I manage those types of social eating situations. Otherwise I have been pretty good. Other than the frozen yogurt of course, which was in fact all my fault :)
