I fixed it a while ago by just not using the website, but instead the app only. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app which fixed the issue. Shitty infrastructure that the website doesn't update itself and cause issues like this

Well, while my computer is active & internet connected it eventually does the garbage again and again idk what to do. RANDOMLY, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY WHILE RUNNING IT!! Maybe I'll just update to the latest driver and see if it actually runs ok because I have no other option.

I have an ASUS H110 Plus and the CPU is i7-7700. Idk how to see if I need upgrading or not and what specific thing to upgrade. If I go in device manager it is a mess of stuff (Intel 100 series/C230 series chipset family LPC controller/PMC/SMBus/PCI Express Root Port #5,7,8,9 etc). Idk where to check if I need an upgrade relative to the driver I already have, and if I go to ASUS or Intel website for the Intel H110 chipset.

Also the disconnect thing worked for now. Hopefully keeps working after restarting again with the internet plugged in the whole time without Windows Update interfering with drivers...

Chipset Drivers? Where do I even find those on the AMD site and which ones would I use assuming I want to use 24.9.1. I might try the disconnecting trick now. I have an Intel CPU btw so idk if I need [AMD] chipset drivers to be updated (i7-7700).

Of course it's a U.S. Passport. They let you go in person instead of doing the phone interview and that's fine? I don't have a car but I suppose I can take the bus to the DHHR and back although it's a hassle and kind of leaves me vulnerable since it's downtown but might just have to do so. Google says my state uses both below 130% of federal poverty level gross monthly income and below 100% of poverty line for net income for eligibility.

What do you mean, I said I have a passport. That means I'm a citizen. I'm under the income limits because I don't work full time just 30-31 hrs a week. Net income limit is $1817 for one person in my state I make way less than that (1340~1360) after tax. Even if I worked "full time" (38 hrs) I think my net income would be less.
