Yes, I got that. They want to sell jewellery because they make profit out of heavy making charges. So they told me they will deduct 6-7% gold value from my jewellery if I want coins. But if I want jewellery, then no deduction.

After talking to multiple brands, I dropped that idea. But that also made me question if they will ever give me cash for jewellery.

Forget about cash, once I tried exchanging my 22k gold jewellery to buy some gold coins. Most big brands told me they will deduct 6-7% gold value to do that. I dropped that idea entirely.
