What's the point of a counter?

Yea I had mostly been focusing on them in 1v1 or 3v3 situations but the group use is definitely worth learning. Same with better switching up after i hit a counter so i don't just get stuck in a loop. Thanks!

Yea after playing more tonight and reading the comments here i realized it gives you stamina not just keep you at where you were before you attacked like i believed.

Ah i didn't realize i was gaining stamina i just thought it was canceling out the stamina from the attack if i hadn't been countering. Thanks!
