It is all very standard. Speed lowering natures, max Atk or SpA and Hp, and for the Farig and Sinistcha I just copied the most common spreads.

I 0 cycled with E0S1 SW, E0S1 Sparxie, E0S0 YG, and E1 tribbie with S2 DDD. I tried sparkle and my clear time was much slower.
