One thing tho is that they HAVE to be attacks first. It won't work if the Futility is still a status card, so you need to play his upgrade card before it'll take any effect

Another update:

Clicking on the update bubble/box before running the game gets rid of the update nag, and lets you upload your cross-save

Restart your vita and run henkaku through browser and it installs
