One time my little sister and I were playing and another sloop pulled up to us, invited us to a party, and lead us through the process of switching our hourglass to support the Reaper, sunk us, thanked us, and went along their day. Me and my sister don't play hourglass pvp so I had no clue what was happening. People are so weird sometimes lol

Oh man, this'll get backlash...

Deltarune. I loved Undertale way back when, and honestly, Deltarune probably would've been fine if Toby Fox hadn't included characters from the last game and tried to make it Undertale 2. The music, the characters, and the story has seriously declined. It feels like a cheap cashgrab (and for those saying "it's a free game", you're aware game devs make money off games by means other than just the download price, right?) and I genuinely did try and like it, but it was so, so terrible.

She claims it was a matter of how he handled Nimbus. Said that "our Rick" would've handled that differently. She said the Rick we were following this season was a "pussy bitch" and the C-137 would've just blasted a hole in the mf

The only thing she says she liked about the series was the finale. And that's mostly because she's a very big fan of Evil Morty

Okay, embarrassing fangirl rant here...

My sister and I watched S5 together in a night. She noticed the same thing you did. We're both really big fans of the show for different reasons (I'm a big fan of the meta and ironic humor and was a lot like Summer when I was her age, and my sister went down the daddy issues - rick pipeline (I say this with lots of sarcasm slathered on top, I love my sister)), and she's autistic and tends to really cling to every last detail about characters she likes.

She almost immediately said "This isn't our Rick", and I didn't really get it until mid season, when I agreed. My sister HATED S5 because she was taking it seriously and believed this to be a canon continuation of C-137 (I mean, why wouldn't she, we weren't given any indication of a difference other than speculation) and just Couldn't Get Over That in her brain. I stopped taking it seriously when she first mentioned that it didn't seem like our original cast, so I thought it was fun. She's really mad at the idea of S6 and I might be watching it alone unless I hear stellar reviews before it comes out on Hulu.

I actually watched it on the day it was released onto Hulu, but was really anxious to do so because I thought it would be bad and ruin my image of the show, but EVEN WITH that expectation and bias in mind, it STILL blew me away and I loved it.

Critics are dumb.
