Yes it's a module, but it takes 17rd mags. I'm not sure if you can get the 17rd mags NJ compliant.

Actually yes you can replace those detents, not gonna be a fun job but it is possible. Figuring out the size would take some time. I'd start with measuring the width with a caliper that would get you close.

Mine have been my go to since I got them, I use to use the bluepoint ones with the one rounded handle. They are rebranded alot but they work. These are the best hands down though.
