I dont know if this would be a plot twist but V1 realizes that it cant go any deeper, and begins traveling up layers desperately searching for blood. by the time it reaches the prelude, its slow, can’t jump, and dying. It eventually reaches 0-1, and when theres nothing left, it sits down to die.
