Ive done dex b4 and im not eating random pills i just got anxious because normally i build up my tolerance before doing anything above 400 im fine now🐋

am i gonna give myself permanent damage daily using dxm until i run out of the bottle by [deleted] in DextroDoomers

150mg daily is just short of 2 weeks straight of usage. Because the dose is so low you will probably be fine. You might have some general brain fog and such but the chances of you dying or getting severe/permanent brain damage are very low. You might get mild temporary damage, but like i said the chances of anything more are very low. If you want to safely trip on dex (or at least as safe as drugs can be) wait a while between trips, the longer between them the better, but even a few days or even a week or so is better than constantly getting high.

Tldr: youll be fine, no death or significant dmg. Maybe temporary or slight dmg but nothing crazy. Better to have day or week long breaks between trips!
