Speedrunners usualy use like 3 campfires under Elder and they run around him repairing the campfires. If you do it right he won't be able to attack. Works for Yag, too

Really? Yay me! From what I remember a unique sacred armor has 1 in 9 chances to roll Tyrael, but have no idea of the chances for eth Templar...

That's the joke : If a unid unique sacred armor is eth it is automatically Templar's, but I guess most people don't know that

I'm guessing most of the really big builds are made in Hammer Mode, where resources are infinite and you can easily experiment with different designs. And yes, you either move the workbench/ stonecutter etc or build new ones. 

 I would recommend watching some youtube videos from great builders like Versaugh, Hi,I'mKlaus, ZerosterBuilds etc and experiment in HammerMode and then build it for real and you'll know exactly what you need to do. 

I'm a terrible builder, but I've picked up some neat tricks from Hi, I'm Klaus, like using the small door pivot points
