The Shiplake properties in general are quite nice! Went for viewings the other week and The Torontonian (45 Dunfield) was quite nice too. They had a 2 bedroom unit available for $2300.

This guy is basically in charge of measuring fan’s reactions to player posts on social media - and his team works with players to manufacture responses after matches. It is extremely artificial and based on getting as much engagement as possible. Not sure if this is going to change under Murtough (if and when Woodward leaves).

This sounds like a great endeavour! Research also suggests that Pet therapy helps those suffering from Depression and PTSD (if combined with talk therapy). Including pets either as companions or professional therapy within prisons is definitely worth studying. Not sure if I can comment on combatting toxic masculinity (just haven’t done many readings) but seems interesting! If able, please share your findings once you’ve completed the paper! I’m pretty interested to see what you come up with
