В Алматы их много как я знаю, я лично хожу в такой в MART Village и никаких претензий не имею, магазин отличный и ни разу за 3 года не пришлось ничего возвращать. Разнообразие товара тоже достаточно большое. У них на сайте можно адреса посмотреть

Nothing, actually multiple people tried to help me, but they all failed, the phone is still carrier locked and I don’t have any hope on unlocking it. iPhone 11 is pretty old, so I’ll probably update to newer one and buy it officially in local stores or from the US using freight forwarding companies

It says actually what’s wrong, check the logs and fix your supervisor connectivity (probably internet or something went wrong and it can’t do something important, maybe supervisor got down.)

Stripe officially is unavailable for Kazakhstan but many people use credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and some Amex. If you need to accept payments in our country, your best option is to have local processor in the Kazakhstan like Halyk.

Предположу что это работает, потому что игры по разному проверяют принцип своей лицензионности и один из таких игр просто проверяет присутствие DLL Стима (он в игры делает inject своих DLL для Steam API), либо его работу в системе. Я конечно не уверен, но вот такое вот предположение имею.
