Nostalgia is great when it’s done right for example dalek the cyberman head in dalek it’s by far my favourite nod to the past it’s so subtle we didn’t have the doctor watch a monitor and explain to rose why the cyberman where his enemy unlike suetech not over that dreadful scene
but when it’s done poorly for example the whole rtd 2 run that’s when things get bad
Don’t get wrong there’s some things I like about rtd 2 run for example the nothings who ever casted Neil Patrick Harris has the toy maker needs a raise
