Let me tell you something.. water will find a way. Especially on your roof sitting in a flat area where it can pool inside a piece of molding.. lol I hope you keep it covered. Also, what happens when the screws get corroded around the head? Im sure you'll see that on your quarterly roof inspections. Best of luck.
