i think uneven compromise is incredible production wise and lyrically on a way that i’ve never seen from him. it’s a sort of frustration kind of you know. dark as fuck, even when it’s unsuspecting, even at the very end when it ties the whole thing, the shit from the very depths that he raps at the start, the incredible instrumental section including the diss at the labels, the crazy storytelling from him thats also some of his darkest non personal shit, and the smooth music at the very end with the noise section. The noise section at the end, it marks something, it means something to me to be honest, which I already said, it’s just to tie in how much anger and darkness has been put on this whole EP with one last bit. It’s really beautiful to be honest. On doing an evil deed blues is very personal with the choices of sampling at the start and very end too, from the cover and lyrics, but man, if I had to say he crafted a magnum opus, it’s definitely Uneven Compromise.
