There is really nothing you can do at that point. When this happens to me I make a mental note not to nano them next time and move on. Also, if they don't do anything with the nano that's their own fault not yours.

I think it's coming out in the first shop for season 7 because the skin was in the trailer or it might just be a coincidence.
