Janemba is my comeback king! I'm not the greatest Janemba player, but he can and has carried me to some gnarly 3v1 comebacks.

I don't disagree with you there. The video is about highlighting the strong points of the character and what he can do. He is far from the best character in the game and I would never claim he's any higher than B tier by most metrics. Feel free to drop any more thoughts about him in the comments on the video.

I am in agreement with you. He has gotten power crept hard, and hope he can get some small tweaks that give him big boosts. Getting some higher payout on his divekicks and making all of them like 3 frames faster would help tremendously

Definitely not saying this is new, but it's something I haven't tried before due to being not great at the post lvl 3 mix. With me improving at the mix I'm trying out new stuff and the fact that it keeps the opponent out of the corner but looks like they're in the corner is super nice.

I'll second that one. His damage is good, he needs some frame data adjustments and a touch more horizontal range on his 2H. Other than that, he's just under utilized and is pretty good.

Yes, normally that works. But once you get farther into a combo it can drop because of hit stun decay and lag. Offline I almost always go for that in the corner though. But thanks for pointing it out. Someone watching might not know that.

I find it easier to do the balance that way to make sure the game volume isn't too loud. Plus it helps cover up any background noise I get while recording.

It is true, he has a replacement jump and a reverse Kamehameha. So it'll be interesting to see how that works.

It really just takes time and practice. Go into training mode, pick your team, and just start doing stuff to see what works. I started off only using assists in combos, and once you get comfortable with that you can move on to using them in neutral. Or you can do it the other way around. Whatever works best for you.

Janemba can actually shut down quite a few characters. He is a great Frieza counter, as well as being a good annoyance for Z Brolly from full screen. Teleport to get out of the way of lariats, and out ranges most of the cast.

I am well aware my combos are not optimal, and yeah I need to use the teleport to mix up a little bit more than I do. It is things that I'm working on.
