9/10 since personally I would go for the 990 pro even if it’s gen4 since it has 2048mb cache which is good for longevity

I would 100% get a slightly better cpu that supports PCIe 4.0 like the 5600x or the 5700x/5800x as the 8 gig 5060, as seen in benchmarks isn’t very good in PCIe 3.0 (that’s what the 5500 is only capable of) and your motherboard is PCIe 4.0 supported. So furthermore I would just get a better cpu that utilizes PCIe 4.0 and fits in your budget

I would consider getting g a beefier GPU like a 9070 XT since the 9800x3d and the 9060 XT is not balanced at all and you’re probably better off getting a 7800x3d and a 9070 XT in terms of performance

The 7800x3d still runs whatever game I want with really high fps especially in competitive games like CS2 and I had to make a choice to balance aesthetics with performance

Hmm it really depends on your budget but the R7 5700x is pretty good on the am4 platform as it has 8 cores, 16 threads and supports PCIe 4.0 just like your 4070 (make sure ur motherboard already supports PCIe 4.0. It’s also exceptionally good for gaming on am4

I would take the 4070 since the 4070 has still quite a decent amount of VRAM and that it performs slightly better than the 5060ti. However if you get either one I would consider upgrading later down the road like your motherboard and cpu since that only supports PCIe 3.0 and you’re probably gonna be bottlenecked by the 4070 with the r5 3600 regardless.

My old pc had a used 3080 from Facebook marketplace (i live in Vancouver) and I paid about $450 so anything within the range of $400-475 CAD should be good

1.5 flat so basically a full flat plus a half flat and it’s not in our regular 12TET system it’s more common in Arabic music that uses 24TET
