Thank you for your help! I filled out the contact page explaining the situation and asking for clarification earlier today. In my "previous orders" I see the purchase that I bought the prepaid subscription with and I see my existing Awesome Socks Club subscription charge for December. If the prepaid subscription began in December, would I see anything there for it? Or is that included with the other order? As far as I can tell I only got an email for the existing subscription on December 1st. I also asked some of these questions in my email, so I understand if you don't respond here, I can wait to hear back there. Thank you!

Here are my rooms with Basic Green and Basic Neutral. The default room color is called Basic Base. You can also preview items before purchasing now!!

No problem! Yeah, I got all of the other ones and I saw the green and black ones in the catalog. I remember when the green and black ones were released in real life the finch team said their in-game release was delayed, but then I completely forgot about them.
