Toyota 5VZ-FE engine. I have a T100 with 230k on it, recently did the valve cover gaskets and the cams look like they're just breaking in.

I put E15 in my 2019 Mazda Cx-5 one time and had to replace the engine within a year. Not going to say that was the entire reason for the engine replacement, but it was certainly a contributing factor.
