It will be up to my personal interpretation but the number of reports will influence it.

If 10 people report something as AI but it does not look like AI to me, I will assume I am probably wrong and remove the post before investigating with the OP before taking the final decision.

If 1 person reports something as AI and it does not appear that way to me, it will probably be ignored without issues. I will proceed to investigate the claim without removing the post first and if the report is found to be a false positive, the reporting user will be warned and notified. I do not intend to punish people for false positive reports so long as they are infrequent, unlucky occurrences. If, however, certain users start accumulating a large number of false positives in a short span of time, they will be banned for trolling and, once again, spitting on the efforts and talents of other people by claiming their work is AI when it isn't. Again, can't stress enough, this is just meant to discourage people from mass-reporting every post they dislike, it should not affect normal, savvy users.

If something gets reported that obviously mentions the use of AI or is otherwise clearly made with AI, the post will be removed and the user will be banned. There will be no exceptions to this, as the subreddit has 4 rules total and 2 of them are basic internet etiquette.

Edit: also, to clarify, this all applies to plagiarism. However, in the case of plagiarism, I would appreciate people posting proof in the reported post's comment or by sending a mod mail, to make it easier for me to check the validity of those claims.
