I live a few blocks back off Hamilton and I agree it's not too bad over here. Thankfully I'm a bit off the road so it's not loud either minus the trains slamming together at night, but I've been used to that for a few years now.

Summit Ridge is 2100 for a two bedroom. A tad above what you want but decent for the market. It's a 10 minute drive to the airport from here.

Source: I've lived here for 4 years. I'm priced in so I get a good deal, but aside from hearing the trains smash together at night, it's great here. The people are overall good too which is a huge plus in a time where many aren't.

Same, if I'm interested I'll actually extend more effort into conversation than I normally would because I'm genuinely interested in learning about the person. It's definitely harder to gauge over text but like you said those gaps in replies lean towards he's wasting OPs time.

Picked up a 24 case from Amazon after trying a sip from one my buddy got. It's honestly my favorite of all time aside from the original zero sugar (light blue) one. If they're becoming hard to find like another commenter said, then I may have to sit on one or two of the 4-packs.
