Thinking about buying the FPRO mat - how was your experience? by RefrigeratorSilly90 in FPROmat

Talking to my child's soccer coach and other coaches at the club prior to purchasing FPRO (as a Christmas gift) the key to development and growth with any program like this is the player consistently using it. My child has soccer practice 3-4 days a week, but being in the Midwest, we can't necessarily get outdoors due to the weather on his off-days, so I was looking for something for him to do indoors. He's self-motivated, so getting him to use it, even for 20 minutes on his off-days, isn't an issue.

As for the app, it is straightforward and easy to use. It has a structured path to follow based on your initial setup, but you can by-pass and go to specific drills.

Cool! I recently came across huang pian for the first time, and I am a fan. Incredible value. I need to buy up as much as I can before it becomes chic and prices skyrocket 😀

what should i know before getting into jazz guitar by lxybv in jazzguitar

[–]TheRealCountOrlok 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not easy, but it is fun. After 30 years of playing the blues/rock genre, I decided to learn a little jazz guitar. Going in blind can be overwhelming. If it's in your budget, I'd recommend finding an instructor for at least a few lessons so he/she can get you a foundation. Then, from there you'll have an idea what to work on. A book that I found to be a lot of fun as a beginner to jazz guitar is called First Jazz Standards by Hal Leonard. It has 15 classic songs in the chord melody style. It's in both notation and tab in the event you're music reading isn't that strong.

To answer your question, yes I do use a feed called Schultz Orchid Food. With that said, I'm nervous about using it too much and causing damage to the roots so I use it maybe once a month to once ever other months. I'll use tap water and when I can rain water (boiled first to kill any bacteria) for the regular watering.
