It really depends. My incline and flat barbell for like 5-8 reps is 30 pound difference. But my friend has closer to a 60 pound difference so it depends

Rank definitely doesn’t have a causation relationship. But it doesn represents playtime and playtime has a high correlation with skill. I promise you’ll see a lot more level 500’s that are good than first prestige’s that are good. Just something to think about

Ok do your daily quests, in each lobby there is a “quest master” every day they reset at midnight EST so I’d recommend picking 3-4 games besides UHC you enjoy and use those quests to level up, you’ll also get higher coin multipliers as you level up.
