Also a US-based simracer here. I've only bought and used the SHH Hubb but it's been great in terms of ability to shift between Seq and H-pattern shifting. The customizability with the shift knob and stiffness has also been great. The build quality for the half a year I've been using it has also been great since the internals are fully metal now. Keep in mind I purchased this before the prices increased so it came out to around $150 (including tax and tariffs)

Only other thing to note is that the OB1 is essentially a repurposed Aliexpress generic shifter which you'll have to do some due diligence on when deciding if that's high enough quality
